Edgard Diaz is a growth architect and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and customer experience across APAC. He began his career in hands-on marketing roles, from cleaning and organising databases to coordinating sales and marketing activities, including managing large-scale events and community initiatives.
As CEO of EITE, he partners with organisations to align marketing, strategy, and customer experience, transforming friction points into scalable, seamless systems. EITE works with clients to design precision-driven approaches that unify engagement, strategy, and commercial performance.
Across leadership roles with Merkle (a dentsu company), Ovolo Hotels Group, McCorkell, and FST Media, Edgard has led high-performing teams across APAC and ANZ to deliver measurable results in demand generation, brand growth, and customer engagement transformation. His approach blends analytical rigour with empathetic leadership, translating complexity into clarity and momentum.
