Built on experience. Driven by commercial sense.

EITE is a technology and growth partner for businesses that have outgrown patchwork solutions but aren't ready to carry the cost of building everything in-house.

Who we are

EITE exists to give growing businesses one partner for the two things that decide whether they scale: the technology that runs beneath them and the growth that drives them forward. Most organisations end up juggling separate IT and marketing vendors who don’t talk to each other, leaving the business to absorb the friction in the middle. We built EITE to close that gap.

One partner. Two engines. A Technology engine that keeps your systems secure, current, and dependable and a Growth engine that turns that stability into demand, pipeline, and revenue. Both run on the same operating philosophy and the same senior team, so nothing falls between the cracks.

How we think

People · Platforms · Processes.

Every engagement starts with the same three questions:

  1. Are the right people in the right roles?
  2. Are the platforms beneath them fit for purpose?
  3. And do the processes connecting them actually work?

Technology and marketing only deliver when those three are aligned. That’s the lens we bring to every client.

We’re architecture-first by instinct. Before we build or spend, we cross-check what already exists for inconsistencies, sequence the work in the right order, and protect the scope so effort lands where it earns a return. It’s the difference between activity and outcome, and it’s why our clients keep us close to the decisions that matter.

Why businesses choose us

  • Senior people, not ticket-takers. You work with people who own the outcome and know your business, not a rotating first line.
  • One accountable partner. Technology and growth under one roof, so there’s no finger-pointing between vendors when something needs to move.
  • Commercial sense over hype. We recommend what actually moves your business, not the newest thing on the market. If it won’t earn its place, we’ll tell you.
  • Proactive, not reactive. We’re built to anticipate and prevent, not just respond, across both engines.

Leadership

EITE is led by a team that has spent decades at the intersection of operations, technology, and growth across enterprise, professional services, and managed technology.

Edgard Diaz

Chief Executive Officer

Edgard leads EITE from the seam where marketing, operations and technology meet a vantage point few operators have. His career spans commercial leadership across healthcare, professional services and industry associations, giving him an instinct for where businesses actually lose time and money, and how the right technology and growth systems fix it. He built EITE on one conviction: most organisations don't need two vendors fighting for credit; they need one partner running both engines. Edgard sets the firm's strategy, owns its client relationships and keeps every engagement anchored to a commercial outcome rather than activity for its own sake. He is also active across Sydney's business community in board and chamber leadership roles.

Timothy Mills

Technical Director

Timothy is EITE's Technical Director, with more than ten years designing, implementing and supporting technology across managed services, telecommunications and cloud. His path runs from senior systems engineering and technical account management at leading Australian MSPs to his current cloud work in Azure migrations, Microsoft 365 environments, and process automation through Power Platform and Copilot Studio. His range is deep: domain and network management; virtualisation across Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V and Docker; security; and large-scale phone-system deployments. A SAFe Agilist certified across Sophos, Barracuda and 3CX, he pairs that with a strong client-service instinct and a record of mentoring junior technicians. Timothy owns the integrity of what EITE builds beneath the Technology engine: the platforms and infrastructure.

Let's talk about both engines.

Whether it’s the technology underneath your business or the growth driving it forward, we’d welcome a conversation about where one accountable partner could take the pressure off.
